Spicy notes, reminiscent of baked apple with cinnamon and vanilla, weave through the wine’s aromas and richly-textured flavors. Grapes for this wine come from California’s historic Lodi region. Served chilled, this Chardonnay tastes great with grilled halibut and saffron couscous, roasted chicken with herbs, mushroom frittata, pork loin with apples, or seafood salad.
